GeoTechnologies, Inc. (headquartered in Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO Hiroshige Sugihara; hereinafter “GeoTechnologies”) would like to announce that we have created the position of Senior Vice President, Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to which we have appointed Keisuke Suzuki to further strengthen our management and sales infrastructure.
We took over the business from Pioneer in June 2021 and renamed our company in January of this year. We started our second period of foundation in both name and reality, and are introducing new innovative services as needed as a new location tech and metaverse company, as well as continuing our existing business. In order to create a robust management and sales infrastructure for the growth of these new services and businesses, we have welcomed Mr. Suzuki aboard as our Chief Revenue Officer.
We are confident that his track record of more than 20 years of experience, knowledge, and networking in the IT industry, especially in contributing to the growth of Amazon Web Services Japan, LLC (AWS Japan) from its inception to the present, will greatly contribute to strengthening our management and sales infrastructure, and improving our profitability.

About GeoTechnologies
Since our founding in 1994, we have consistently provided reliable digital maps. The following year, we launched a map software, "MapFan." Since then, we have been at the forefront of the industry by swiftly providing essential AD/ADAS maps, crucial for advanced autonomous driving, along with Japan's first i-mode maps, car navigation systems, corporate map data, and location-based solutions. Moreover, through mobile applications like "TRIMA" (2020), we have established real-time connections with our users, allowing us to grasp "insights" into real-world situations, such as human movement and underlying motivations. By combining vast amounts of large datasets, most notably people flow trends with spatial data accumulated over approximately 30 years, we utilize cutting-edge technologies that analyze and provide "insights of the moment." Our goal is to contribute to society by fostering a more comfortable and sustainable world.
