Geo Technologies, Inc. announces that Hiroshige Sugihara, President and CEO, has been newly appointed Chairman and Representative Director, and Yoichiro Yatsurugi has succeeded him as President and CEO, effective April 1, 2024, as follows

Founded in 1994, we have been sincerely manufacturing and selling digital maps for 30 years and have been a leader in the geospatial industry. Especially since our independence in 2021, under the leadership of Mr. Sugihara, we have greatly grown our automotive business, mainly car navigation systems, and our enterprise business in Japan and overseas, as well as our application business utilizing location information. This year marks the 30th anniversary of the company’s founding, and we have made this appointment in order to further leap forward and strengthen the company’s structure.
Mr. Yatsurugi, who newly assumes the position of President and CEO, has been involved in the telecommunications industry both domestically and internationally for many years and is well versed in cyber security and international business strategies.
In order to realize our mission, “Fulfill The Earth with Pleasure”, we will continue to contribute to solving social issues by working hand in hand with our partners.
