GeoTechnologies, Inc. (Headquarters: Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo, President and CEO: Yoichiro Yatsurugi) has been certified as a Great Place to Work® under the corporate certification program administered by Great Place to Work® Institute Japan (GPTW Japan).

 

 
The Great Place to Work® Certification is an internationally recognized program in which more than 21,000 companies across 170 countries participate. Companies that achieve a certain score based on employee engagement surveys and company assessments are recognized for fostering an outstanding workplace culture.
At GeoTechnologies, we strive to create a workplace where every employee can maximize their potential by fostering a culture of mutual trust and appreciation between employees and management. In this certification process, the company was particularly recognized for the following strengths*:

Welcome Baby Weeks
Ten days of paid leave during maternity or parental leave.
Never Miss a Milestone Leave
Available for school entrance and graduation ceremonies, classroom visits, sports days, and parent-child excursions until a child reaches high school.
Family Care Leave
Up to eight days annually for caring for preschool-aged children or family members requiring care.
Special Accumulated Leave
Unused annual leave can be accumulated and used for childcare leave, family care leave, and other purposes.
Maternity Leave
Up to eight days for medical appointments or health-related needs during pregnancy.
Spousal Childbirth Leave
Five days of leave around the time of a spouse’s childbirth.
